Representative Johnson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                
that the 24-hour publication notice requirement (Uniform Rule 23(d))                                                            
be waived in order that the Rules Committee be allowed to schedule                                                              
the following for a hearing today:                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 1(EDC)                                                                                              
     "An Act requiring the state Board of Education and Early                                                                   
     Development to provide an annual report to the legislature."
